Mike Joyce is one of Washington’s most effective policy strategists, specializing in transportation, infrastructure, energy, environment, trade, tax, and foreign policy. He began independent consulting work after serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief of Legislative Affairs for the American Trucking Associations. He previously served as the Washington Representative for PACCAR, a U.S.-based global truck and engine manufacturer, and earlier for OOIDA, the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association. Mike spent nearly a decade working in Congress as either Legislative Director or Chief-of-Staff for Congressional leaders on key committees. These included Congressman Bill Shuster, the immediate-past Chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee; Congressman Bud Shuster, a previous Chairman of that committee; and Congressman Mac Collins, who served on the Ways & Means, Budget, and Select Intelligence Committees. He has an extensive legislative background, strong bipartisan relationships throughout Congress and the Administration, and a proven ability to both create and execute legislative and regulatory agendas. Mike is a graduate of Gettysburg College, a parishioner of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Georgetown, and resides in Washington, D.C.
